Leanne Holland, has been with the company since it began. Working closely with customers, she has been able to meet the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations when it comes to high-stakes testing. Before becoming Co-CEO with the other partners, she was the Chief Operations Officer. Leanne has maintained this role and oversees all of operations, including software development, scanning, data reporting, and human resources. Shannon Wells, Ph.D.e-mail
CEO, Assessment and Accountability

Dr. Shannon Wells, received her Ph.D. in Social/Personality Psychology with an emphasis in quantitative data analysis at the University of California, Riverside. She has worked on several large-scale research projects and was the Research Coordinator for the Riverside Accuracy Project for five years. As a Research Coordinator she oversaw data collection and data entry, wrote large-scale federal grants, and conducted complex statistical analyses. She has also gained considerable work experience as a Senior Program Evaluator for a large school district in Southern California. Over the past several years, she has focused on accountability issues related to both the Public Schools Accountability Act and the No Child Left Behind Act, and prides herself on making complex testing information understandable to all with whom she works, whether it be parents, community members, teachers, administrators, or Trustees. Additionally, she focuses on making assessment results meaningful to classroom teachers so that teachers see assessment as part of their instructional process, rather than an end in itself.

Lorie A. Sousa, Ph.D.e-mail
CEO, Research and Program Evaluation

Dr. Lorie Sousa, received her B.A. in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego and her Ph.D. in Social Research with minors in Cognitive Psychology and Marketing/Organizational Behavior at the University of California, Riverside. She has extensive experience as a Research Analyst for a large community college district in Southern California and as a Statistical Consultant for a Marketing Research firm. She has over 15 years of experience conducting large-scale research projects using both quantitative and qualitative methods and performing all aspects of research from design to complex statistical analyses.
